Zhoushu Ziporyn is a violinist, composer, and junior scholar, gaining award-winning recognition in all three domains. Zhoushu has been taught the traditional art of Kyōgen under master Tōjiro Yamamoto, culminating in a hired performance with the Yamamoto family themselves at the National Nō Theater of Japan. Emma Watkins is a playwright, dramaturg, and performer living in Philadelphia. Her plays are inclusive, imaginative, and fundamentally feminist. She strives to give female voices the opportunity to embellish and interrogate the stories of their lives. Quite often, they sing, too. Emma has presented her plays and research in the US and in Wales, in collaboration with such organizations as McCarter Theatre Lab, PlayPenn, Chapter Arts Centre (UK), and the US-UK Fulbright Forum.
