/Casual Hourly Position: Princeton University Concerts (PUC) Ticketing
On-site work at the Princeton University Concerts (PUC) offices and at the concert venue Richardson Auditorium, Alexander Hall, Princeton University. 12- 28 hours per week, including M, W, F 10AM-4PM and hours on concert days (see puc.princeton.edu to view event calendar)

Position Overview
Princeton University Concerts seeks a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support ticketing operations and patron services throughout the concert season. This role assists with ticket sales, patron communications, audience engagement efforts, and customer service, helping to ensure a positive experience for concertgoers.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, comfortable learning new technology, and committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Ticketing & Patron Services
Answer patron phone calls and respond to ticket inquiries left via voicemail and email.
Process ticket, subscription, and package sales and assist patrons with ticketing-related requests.
Assist with ticket allocations, seating needs, and other customer service requests.
Process ticket donations.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff when needed.
Data Management & Communications
Help the PUC office maintain accurate patron and ticketing records, including ticket donation records.
Assist with patron communications and audience engagement initiatives.
Support administrative and reporting needs related to ticketing operations.
Audience Experience
Work collaboratively with PUC staff to support efficient ticketing operations and positive patron experiences.
Contribute ideas and feedback that help improve workflows and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ticketing, customer service, hospitality, arts administration, or live events.
Familiarity with ticketing, CRM, or database systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in live music, performing arts, or audience engagement.
Work Environment
The Ticketing Associate works closely with Princeton University Concerts staff and interacts regularly with patrons. The role requires a professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Position Summary
Princeton University Concerts seeks enthusiastic, personable Patron Guides to help create a welcoming and seamless experience for concertgoers. Patron Guides serve as front-line ambassadors, assisting with audience services, event entry, and wayfinding while maintaining a professional, energetic, and customer-focused presence.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patrons and provide excellent customer service throughout the event experience.
Assist with ticket access, entry procedures, and basic event questions.
Help guide audience flow before performances, during intermission, and before Live Music Meditation events.
Direct patrons with ticketing, seating, accessibility, or other concerns to appropriate staff members.
Support a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible environment for all guests.
Represent Princeton University Concerts professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Basic familiarity with smartphones and digital ticketing.
Ability to stand and move throughout event venues for extended periods.
Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service, hospitality, or event experience.

Work Environment
Patron Guides work primarily at Princeton University Concerts performances and events on Princeton University's campus. The role involves frequent interaction with patrons and working in active event settings.
