Jean Y. Bae is a Boston-based violinist and an associate at CounterPoint Advising (CPA), where she works with arts organizations to solve operational challenges and manage their technical systems, helping them run more effectively.
Jean’s work covers a range of projects, from supporting executive leadership searches to helping coordinate fundraising events and day-to-day operations. Her background in higher education, PR, and marketing helps her connect with audiences and tell an organization’s story. She is also skilled in using various administrative and fundraising software tools, including ChorusConnection, MailChimp, TicketSpice, Upstage, Auctria, and Squarespace. As both a musician and a board member, Jean understands the balance between artistic creativity and the practical side of running an organization.
