Miyuki Miyagi '12 (Princeton Triangle Club, Princeton University Players, Princeton Roaring 20, Lewis Center for the Arts theater certificate) is currently reprising her role of Daphney in the uptown transfer of the Off-Broadway production of BEAU THE MUSICAL at St. Luke's.

Beau features eight actor-musicians telling the story of Ace Baker – a young queer man whose life is forever changed when he discovers his deceased grandfather is actually still alive. Family secrets unravel as Ace rushes to make up for lost time with a man who changes his life by putting a guitar in his hand.

In addition to her role of Daphney, Miyuki plays violin in the band of this actor-instrumentalist production. The piece is written by Douglas Lyons and Ethan D. Pakchar. It is directed and choreographed by Josh Rhodes. After a sold-out and extended run downtown, Beau transferred uptown and is now playing Out of the Box Theatrics' new location at St. Luke's on 46th street and 8th Ave.

Theatre 154 in the West Village from June 6th through July 27th. BEAU is produced by Out of the Box Theatrics.
