Art Against Racism in partnership with The William Trent House Museum in Trenton, NJ announce the opening reception of “Freedoms Reframed; Art on the Edges of the Constitution, an art exhibition of Contemporary artists and poets in Celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

The Opening Reception will take place on Sunday June 14, 2026, from 3:00pm -5:00pm at The William Trent House Museum at 15 Market Street, Trenton, NJ. The exhibit will run through Sunday July 26, 2026. The exhibition creating an ekphrastic dialogue between images and text, brings together a diverse group of artists. The exhibit examines the fundamental human rights and social freedoms that extend beyond those explicitly implicated in the Declaration of Independence 250 years ago and later in the US Constitution.
